How fast will I get my order?
Orders are shipped from Canadian regional warehouses with tracking. Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days for Ontario and Quebec, and 3–7 working days for other provinces and more remote areas. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Why can I only order between 6:30pm and 9:00pm Eastern Time?
During winter, demand for jump starters can spike sharply during cold snaps. To avoid shipping delays and mid-day backorders from our warehouse partners, we process all orders in one daily dispatch window. This lets us confirm stock, pack orders together and keep delivery times fast.
Do I still need CAA?
You can keep CAA if you want full roadside coverage, but many drivers use CarJumpStart™ kits so they do not have to wait for a boost or rely on neighbours when the battery is dead.
Does it stay in my trunk all winter?
Yes. Most drivers keep it in the trunk or cargo area. We recommend bringing it indoors for a top-up charge every few months or after use.
Is there any subscription or ongoing fee?
No. You pay once for the kit. There is no subscription, no membership and no hidden renewal.
